Hello everyone from the announcement last week my opinions in this editorial are now the opinion of someone (well in the know of what has transacted with BioPerformance, Inc).  I can only give my opinion and I choose to exercise my freedom of speech in this writing… that is if we still have a U.S. Constitution as the highest law in the land (and that is called into question because of the judicial activism going on in today’s world).  When we see the highest Attorney in the land telling untruths under oath, what he did may not be unlawful, but the broken oath is unethical and unlawful. When you see a D.A. using sensational journalism against Lacrosse players for media attention and personal gain that is unethical and unlawful.  And when an AG anywhere uses any case to acquire media attention through sensational journalism… it is unethical and should be made illegal...it is unlawful.

You might ask why the owners of Bio would give up ownership after a huge victory and after getting a settlement. In my opinion, it’s easy to answer. They desired for the 5 fold mission to continue. They desired for the product to reach the world for its use to help save our environment and help save energy. They loved the REPS who worked with them. But they resided in Texas where big oil money runs the political system (with an AG that has shown he is on a mission to become judicially active for political gain and doesn't care whose Constitutional rights he tramples on).  To live in his state, would always leave them as a target.

Ask yourselves these questions.

1. Without any criminal charges or court order how would the U.S. Constitution allow an Attorney General to seize your personal funds to keep you from having funds to help provide defense in a civil trial?
2. How would it allow the same action against another Company or Ministry, not even tied to the civil action of a company?
3. Why can't American's … (this one violates your civil rights as an American) that give sworn affidavits not be allowed to tell about a product accused of deceptive trade practice?
4. When did science become law? 
5. I have dozens of more questions that will not be answered because they would have to address why Constitutional rights were violated and they will not. They would rather cloud the issues with sensationalism for the same political gain and oil company money that is oblivious to any true American with all the facts!

There are many things I know about the product, the owners and the company.  I cared deeply for the owners.  They are not scam artist and had everyone’s interest at heart and still do.  The product is real… and many of us know that.  Claims of up to 25% were backed up by hundreds of sworn affidavits that Grass Root Americans made to tell their story and exercise their Civil Right of Freedom of Speech.  Their were several over the road test from labs who certified their test as accurate. Some of these may have been untrue or for personal gain, but most were not for gain and were truthful statements. The government has many people convinced that it needs to be science... what a farce.  Science is ever changing and is always theory backed by a few test with millions of variables. This is why weather prediction, as the most studied and funded science is still nothing more than good guesswork.  Even DNA test with 99.9% accuracies sometimes say “oops we missed”.  They watched a mother birth a baby in Washington State that DNA test said wasn't hers....”oops!”.  Science can ruin lives, wrongfully place people behind bars and it’s just “Oops, cover up the science in that test.”  Anyway, science is inaccurate due to variables… and they don't have all the variables.  When a plant is discovered and the people who eat the plant are cancer free, science wants us to wait until the pharmaceutical companies can get science to find out what in that plant stops cancer.... then they want us to wait until they can create a unnatural copy of it so those companies can make the same mark up the AG wanted to crisis (and then with billions of profit they can market it up and rip Americans off and use the legal system to see it all happens). I say Wake up Americans!!!

Well that said they will be "Going Green" and we plan to market the fuel product. They'll watch the claim issue and only say, "Try It You'll Like It."  They will label it as the AG requested even though an "analysis report" was done by a Very Qualified US laboratory.  Strangely enough the lab even (states the results are for the client’s use and not for advertisement purposes). But the real deal is they concluded 4 proteins were detected, 3 of which were identified as enzymes and that naphthalene, though detected, was only detected in "Small Amounts". Another test stated under systemic effects it was "non toxic by ingestion or inhalation".  They also intend to become very politically active in the areas of "Global Warming" and direct sales or work from home businesses.  Foundations will be set up for that purpose and they will donate to the causes. They will also formally honor the original owners of the trademark with the first Foundation in the name "Mims/Romero Foundation". They will be adding exciting new products and service lines to make Our World a better place and a greener earth. We will soon invite you to become active in this mission and the 5 fold mission that 50,000 grassroots Americans started. Please consider joining us in these causes!

Note from Jan: Last year, we became involved with a company that sold a gas additive that helped increase our gas mileage. The company was growing faster than any MLM we've been involved with but the Texas Attorney General shut it down.

The owners of the company have stepped down and the company is being moved to Salt Lake City under new owners.
